I am actually very happy to have this blog. I’ve never kept one before, and don’t keep up with technology much, but I see that knowing the ins and outs of technology is the way of the future–especially as a journalist. So I am happy that I am taking a New Media skills class as a Columbia J-School student. Maybe now I’ll be able to learn how to create websites and pass information to iPods and cellphones. I’m happy I am going to be taught this stuff rather than try to figure it out on my own.
